Do you offer custom plans?

Yes.

If you need a high volume plan or an individual plan, you can definitely contact us. Write us your requirements by e-mail and we will find a common solution.

Will there be any surprises after I sign up?

No!


  • The trial period is 14 days.
  • You can change or cancel your plan at any time.
  • We charge monthly, quarterly or yearly. You decide for yourself.

What is all counted as storage space?

Storage includes all the media and panoramas you've uploaded. The output files for mobile exports are also added to your memory usage.

In your profile you have an overview of which area uses up how much memory.

Can panomaker host my tours?

Yes.

You can enable the option in the tour dashboard. The option can be canceled on a monthly basis. Depending on the package, we charge between € 3 and € 6 flat rate per tour / month / net.

By activating the hosting, the tour can be connected to a separate domain. We offer SSL with Let's Encrypt Certificates free of charge.
